"Code worked right away"
I tried the discount code and it went through on the first attempt, no hassle at all. i was expecting it to be one of those codes that doesn’t work, but nope, smooth checkout. Cool. Anyway, that’s all, it worked.

"Cool vibe but kinda tight"
The store had a really nice vibe and the staff seemed chill but it was cramped inside. It got noisy too and the racks were so close together that it was hard to really browse comfortably

I had a really good time using the site. Everything was easy to find, and the filters were actually super helpful instead of frustrating. Click and collect was easy enough, I get my order the same day which was nice. The staff seem a bit rushed though, and the pickup took longer than I was expecting

"Tracking was spot on"
I ordered a couple of things from Universal Store and, yeah, the tracking was actually really accurate. It updated quickly and I could see where my parcel was the whole time, so I wasn’t sitting there guessing or refreshing for no reason.
The delivery showed up on the day it said it would too, which was a nice surprise. I’ve had some average tracking with other stores before, so this just made the whole thing feel way less stressful. Happy with it overall...

"Honestly so relieved with the fit!"
I ordered a pair of jeans and a basic tee from Universal Store, and I was actually so happy I almost did a little celebration in my room. Buying pants online usually sends me into a full spiral because sizing can be a nightmare, but the size guide was shockingly helpful. The jeans fit true to size, the tee wasn’t clingy or too tight, and everything just worked out way better than I expected. Delivery was totally fine too. I’d definitely buy from them again

"A Bit Hit or Miss"
I ordered a couple of tops and a pair of jeans, and it was kind of hit or miss. The jeans fit well and feel sturdy, so I’m happy enough with those. But one of the tops got a little weird after the first wash, which was disappointing for the price. Shipping was totally fine, though. Not a terrible experience, just not as consistent as I hoped.

"Delivery Took Longer Than Expected"
I ordered a couple of things from Universal Store online and expected the delivery to be a bit quicker. The tracking didn’t update for days, so I was just left wondering when it would actually arrive. The items were fine once they finally showed up, but the waiting around was frustrating. "Customer service was actually helpful"

Universal Store seems to get new stuff in regularly, which is great for my wardrobe and terrible for my self-control. The only catch is that the good sizes disappear way too fast, because apparently everyone else has the same taste as me. I still keep checking back, of course, because hope is a powerful thing

I ordered a hoodie and a pair of shoes since both were showing in stock, and they actually were lol. Didn’t get one of those annoying emails later saying something was sold out, which happnes on other sites way too much. Everything shipped fine and the sizes were exactly what I picked. happy the inventory was acccurate.

"Courier "actually" followed the delivery note"
I was a little worried about the courier at first, but it ended up being fine. The tracking updated quickly, and the driver left the parcel exactly where I asked instead of just dumping it out in the open.

The box was a bit bumped up, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. Overall, I’m happy with how Universal Store handled the delivery and I’d "definitely" order again

"Checkout was fine, but the payment options need a glow-up"
Checkout itself was smooth, so no complaints there. My card went through without turning into a whole dramatic saga, which was nice. But the payment options felt a little limited. Like, would it kill anyone to clearly offer PayPal or some pay-later options? Apparently maybe. Not a terrible experience at all, just one of those things that could be way more convenient

I ordered a jacket from Universal Store and was in a bit of a cautious mood because online shopping can be hit or miss, but it turned out to be exactly as described. The size, colour, and material all matched the listing, and the photos were really accurate too. No odd surprises when it showed up, which I appreciated.
